Gymnastics instructor Rusty Joiner of Atlanta, Georgia, is named winnner of the Third Structure Underwear Model Search.

The Third Annual Structure Underwear Model Search final was held in Los Angeles November 10, 1997. Rusty Joiner was selected as the Structure Underwear Model for the coming year.
